We continue to monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19 on a daily basis and are taking the necessary steps to ensure we provide a safe environment of care for patients, in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and in partnership with our local and state health departments.

  • You must wear a mask inside our clinic. We can provide a mask if you need it.

Founded with a passion for wellness, Lifestyle Physicians Warrenton, VA is a Medical Weight Loss and Integrative Medicine Center focused on developing a healthy lifestyle and overall lifestyle wellness. Our mission is to prevent disease, manage chronic conditions through a holistic approach, and help patients live long, healthy, and disease-free lives. Lifestyle Physicians opened its Warrenton office in 2015 and expanded to Culpeper in 2016 as Lifestyle Physicians Culpeper, VA. Today, Lifestyle Physicians provides a wide range of services, including traditional Primary Care, Naturopathic Physician services, Holistic Primary Care, and BHRT to prevent and manage chronic diseases.

I cannot recommend Dr. Verma and his entire team highly enough. Choosing them was the best decision I have ever made for my health, and the results speak for themselves. In just four months, their dedicated guidance and professional support have helped me lose close to 50 pounds!

Lifestyle Physicians and Dr. Asad have supported my health for more than 10 years. I first met Dr. Asad when I could barely walk and was scheduled for cortisone shots to treat four bulging disks in my lower back. She said she could help me and 2 months later the inflammation was gone. I have never needed the cortisone shots and have no back pain . Since then I have also received treatment for Lyme, shingles, and H. pylori, all of which have resolved. I have referred many friends to this practice.

I would highly recommend Dr Verma and Lifestyle Physicians. I visited Dr Verma in need of a wellness plan as since turning 50, I wasn’t feeling great and had piled on the pounds. Dr Verma did a whole blood panel and put me on a whole health regimen immediately. Since seeing Dr. Verma I feel more energized, I have balanced my hormones, and lost weight. He has worked with my insurance and found me the best possible plan. When I originally visited him he diagnosed me with diabetes and within 3 months we have been able to reverse that. I never have to wait for an appointment and his staff are professional and courteous. If you are serious about making a positive health change I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I received plasma treatment for an 80% tear of my rotator cuff.. I received about 65% relief after a single treatment. I hope to have one more treatment for further relief of pain and improved functioning. The office is very clean and professionally managed. Dr. Versa is very devoted to his work and is genuinely interested in seeing his patients improve.

I have been going to lifestyle physicians for two months now. I have lost 20 pounds and my blood pressure has come down. I still have a ways to go to reach my goals but I believe that Dr. Verma and his staff will help to become the healthiest person I can be.

I have been a patient at Lifestyle Physicians since the summer of 2024 where I receive weekly high dose Vitamin C (75 grams) twice a week as part of my integrative cancer protocol. My experience at Lifestyle has been so great because of the staff. Drs. Verna and Asad are knowledgeable, skilled, approachable and compassionate with every patient. They take the time to actually listen and answer questions in a thoughtful manner. Actually, their entire staff is very responsive and informed and eager to encourage and support healing and health. I am looking forward to continuing my care with them and encouraging others to explore the services they offer as a means to overcoming chronic illness and in my case, managing my cancer diagnosis. This group is legit!

I have had the most wonderful and successful experience with Dr. Verma and his team! When I first came to one of his seminars, I was feeling hopeless about getting healthy and hopeless about ever being able to lose weight. After starting the program, I felt motivated, excited (yet nervous) and relieved to start changing the unhealthy patterns of my life. I felt surrounded with help from the team; there was excellent instruction from Dr. Verma, thorough and engaging mini lessons from the online video courses, and wonderful in-person classes with the lovely Natasha -about all sorts of healthy lifestyle changes to incorporate in my life.
The individual meetings with Dr. Verma and Natasha have the appropriate amount of intimacy and care. I was impressed by all of the supplements, cleanses, exercise suggestions, hormone testing, biological knowledge, and friendliness of all the staff. I feel so healthy: my eating is under control, I am sleeping much better, walking for exercise every day, and I’m down 20 lbs! I feel fantastic and I’m so pleased that I took the leap to sign up for this program!

Dr. Verma is one of the best, most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met. He is always encouraging even when you fall off the plan. I love the entire staff in the office and would encourage anyone trying to loose weight to seek out Dr. Verma and his staff. He works with you closely to make sure you achieve success. I cannot recommend this doctor and office more. In 1 year I have lost almost 100 pounds. I think my result speaks for itself.
